Welcome to Spindle, a product and service owned by Smartgenx Private Limited. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refund evaluations, and billing-related requests are handled.
By accessing or using our application, website, or subscription services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of their Spindle subscription within the allowed period. To initiate a cancellation request, you must contact us at:

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchasing a plan. After receiving your request, our team will review and process it.
Even after cancellation is approved, you will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that cycle ends.
Eligibility for Cancellation Requests
You may request cancellation if:
- You purchased a subscription within the last 3 days
- You were charged accidentally or multiple times
- Your subscription was activated without your authorization
- You are experiencing unresolved billing-related issues
Cancellation requests submitted after the allowed window will not be considered for refunds.
Refund Policy
Spindle operates under a no-refund policy for subscription fees. Payments made for monthly or yearly plans are non-refundable, regardless of:
- Partial usage
- Unused features
- Cancellation before billing cycle ends
Refunds are not issued for services already delivered or activated. However, exceptional cases may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Subscription was fully or partially used
- Delayed cancellation requests beyond 3 days
- Technical issues not directly attributable to Spindle
- Failure to disable auto-renewal on time
Refund Process & Timelines
In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., accidental duplicate payments), the refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
Refund processing details:
- Refunds follow Razorpay’s settlement timelines
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
- We may request additional verification for security and fraud prevention
If your refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund amount and transaction ID.
Changes to This Policy
Smartgenx Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational or regulatory needs.
If major changes are made, users will be notified through:
- Email communication
- In-app alerts
- Announcements on the official website
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
